Who we are

Industrial Exchange (InduX) is a trading name of South Suntreso Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16122395. InduX provides manufacturing risk intelligence and diagnostic guidance. On insurance matters, InduX introduces only — regulated advice remains with the authorised firm.

The InduX Risk Review and your browser

When you complete the InduX Manufacturing Risk Review, your individual answers remain in your browser. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you take an explicitly described action. The results displayed are qualitative preparedness indicators, not risk scores or professional assessments.

Emailing your Risk360 report

Risk360 answers are processed in your browser. If you ask us to email your report, the selected business changes, six preparedness indicators, generated dependency category and preparedness finding, and generated priority findings shown in your results are sent to our email delivery function solely to create and send the report to the address you provide. Your individual Risk360 question answers and numerical calculations are not transmitted or stored. The report is sent using our connected Google Workspace email service. InduX does not receive an internal copy of your report through this function. We retain a limited technical delivery record containing the report reference, a one-way hash of the recipient email address, delivery status, provider message identifier, consent version and relevant timestamps. This record does not contain your Risk360 findings or individual answers. It is used only for delivery assurance, duplicate prevention, troubleshooting and abuse protection, and is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Discussing your Risk360 findings

If you choose to discuss your findings, the qualitative Risk360 summary you agree to share — your selected business changes, the six preparedness indicators, the generated dependency category and preparedness finding, and the generated priority findings — together with the contact details you enter (first name, last name, company, work email, telephone and any note) are sent to InduX so we can review and respond. Your individual Risk360 question responses and any hidden calculations are not shared. If you have already emailed yourself a Stage 1 report, the first name, email address and report reference from that step may be used to prefill the discussion form; this is held only in your browser memory for the current session and is not stored unless you submit the discussion request. We retain a discussion request record containing your contact details, the qualitative summary, the Stage 1 report reference (if provided), the consent version and wording, a one-way hash of your email address, a request fingerprint, and internal and external email delivery statuses. InduX will not share your information or findings with a broker, insurer or other partner without your separate permission. An internal notification is sent to the InduX team and a confirmation email is sent to you, both using our connected Google Workspace email service.
